Party at Dusk III

On August 7th 600pm SLT we threw the 3rd Party at Dusk. This was to celebrate our wedding (a week before) and the new garden… and also the new castle (PaD #2 was held at the old castle).

*Vedrina is my SL cousin and **Josie (Josette Windlow) is either my adopted sister or my step sister… history is not quite clear on this.

My cousin Vedrina and her date Jett were first to arrive. I noticed they disappeared rather quickly and eventually left.

Then I saw this amazing entourage of people start rezzing at my castle door (only this and nothing more?)… It was my good friend Rocket and a handful of his friends and family. His brother Harkon appeared along with Tess. Rae appeared along with Jak. Kambrie was also there as well as ???. I was once a squire in the service of Rocket when he was regent of Carm and Devereaux. It was during this time that I learned how to joust. I joined Raelin’s jousting guild and jousted with some of the best riders in all of SL… some of whom were now at our party. Thanks so much to you all for honoring me with the visit.

Sacred and ColdWarrior were next as well as Daisy’s sister and brother-in-law Fayzie and Mongo. Then I was pleased to see my good friend Freezya come as well as my sister Josie!

Someone named Somehow showed up and Daisy and I wondered who she was. But we didn’t bother her too much and she didn’t cause any grief. I think she walked around the castle, danced a little, and went her way. She is welcome to come back in the future.

Unfortunately RL Issues took be away from the party and most of the guest were gone by the time I came back… Jane and Freezya stayed and Daisy and I got to show them around the castle and gardens. I would say… and I hope Daisy would agree (but I won’t speak for her) that PaDIII was a successful party and as I learn more about being a good host. Next time I will be sure to bring people around to other parts of the castle and grounds.
