Braveheart Castle II is the current home of Pirate & Daisy Haefnir Braveheart (Lord & Lady de Irewyn). It can be loosely described as a chateau type of castle (as opposed to BC I which was definately a norman keep).
The first floor contains the central Foyer featuring the waterwheel fed fountain and walls displaying many photographs taken by Pirate. To the left of the Foyer is the Ballroom… small and romantic… the Ballroom is a perfect place for a few friends to gather and dance. To the right of the Foyer is the Pirate’s Den with its huge fireplace and cozy sitting area. Here you will also find the bar that Pirate and Daisy built. Sit at the bar and click on one of the casks to have some wine, beer or mead.
Back in the Foyer a spiral staircase can be found leading ot the second floor landing and balcony. This landing overlooks the Foyer below and is usually quite comfortable from the constant motion of the fountain below. on either side of the Landing you will find doors to the Master and Guest Bedrooms. Across the Landing are doors to the second floor balcony. The balcony over looks the Standing Stones as well as the Campfire.
Back in the Landing the spiral staircase continues up to the third floor where the Kitchen and Dining Hall are. These two areas are separated by a round fireplace custom built by pirate. Doors on the other side of the fireplace lead to the third floor balcony. This balcony also overlook the rest of the grounds.
